Mobsted platform allows assigning Statuses to each . Statuses helps to track events and update platform users () and/or app users on the progress. This can be done with trigger based on Event status filter [дать детали в статье Events и вставить ссылку].

For example, you have a complaint form with event created on submission. The event can have several statuses that you can change and track until the resolution.

‌

To find Statuses:

‌
